Give us the address, a rough idea of the area (a whole lot, a back slope, a strip along the driveway) and what you want: a new lawn, seeding after construction, erosion control, silt fence, grading or overseeding. Tell us if the ground is bare dirt, compacted fill or an old lawn, whether it stays wet after rain, and whether there is an outdoor faucet nearby. Photos of the area and any low spots help. For builder and commercial work, send the site plan or stormwater plan if you have one. A crew member will then call and set a day to come look the property over, free of charge.
